What you will do

• Execute financing transactions across debt, equity-linked, asset-backed, and structured capital solutions.
• Support capital structure strategy by evaluating cost of capital, maturity, flexibility, and dilution.
• Build financial models covering leverage capacity, financing alternatives, and multi-scenario outcomes.
• Prepare board-level materials, financing proposals, and investment memoranda.
• Coordinate complex transaction workstreams with Legal, Finance, Treasury, Operations, Infrastructure, and external advisors.
• Support selective M&A and strategic investment activity while mentoring junior team members.

Requirements

• 7–10 years of relevant investment banking experience in DCM, ECM, Leveraged Finance, Structured Finance, or private credit.
• Proven ability to independently lead financing transactions from structuring through closing.
• Strong experience across US and European capital markets.
• Deep expertise in debt, equity-linked, asset-backed, and structured capital products.
• Advanced financial modeling, capital structure analysis, leverage assessment, and stress-testing skills.
• Authorization to work in the United Kingdom is required.
