hirify.global is building an AI platform for autonomous driving, integrating embodied AI with vehicle systems and global OEM programs to deliver scalable L2+ through L4 automation.

What you will do

• Own systems engineering for defined parts of the Robotaxi architecture, translating use cases and operational concepts into requirements, interfaces, assumptions, and verification-ready specifications.
• Define system and product boundaries with OEMs, Tier 1 suppliers, Robotaxi operators, and technology partners.
• Lead technical working sessions, design discussions, reviews, bring-up planning, issue triage, and design-change impact analysis.
• Apply the Robotaxi reference architecture across vehicle systems, ADS, sensors, compute, ECU topology, vehicle interfaces, and degraded-operation behavior.
• Support integration of Remote Assistance, offboard services, fleet and cloud capabilities, and partner interfaces.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience designing, integrating, or deploying a Robotaxi or production-intent L4 driver-out system.
• Systems engineering experience spanning hardware, embedded software, autonomy, safety, offboard services, or operations.
• Ability to produce functional decompositions, requirements, interfaces, assumptions, trade studies, and verification intent.
• Experience with vehicle or robotic-system integration and driver-out safety concepts, including redundancy, degraded operation, Minimum Risk Manoeuvre, fail-operational behavior, functional safety, SOTIF, and safety-case evidence.
• Experience communicating complex designs through architecture documents, diagrams, requirements, and technical reviews.

Nice to have

• Robotaxi launch readiness and operations experience, including fleet services, Remote Assistance, teleoperation, depot operations, passenger systems, or monitoring.
• Knowledge of automotive E/E architecture, CAN, Automotive Ethernet, SOME/IP, AUTOSAR, DDS, QNX, or Linux.
• Experience with calibration, synchronization, diagnostics, redundancy, Jama, MBSE, or SysML.
• Understanding of how AI model capability, generalization, compute headroom, and evidence shape product architecture.
