Associate Manufacturing - Days (Biotech)

Salary: USD 70,985.20–96,038.80 annually

Biotechnology company researching, manufacturing, and delivering medicines for serious illnesses, including cancer, rare diseases, inflammatory conditions, and obesity-related conditions.

What you will do

• Perform Services Manufacturing operations under general supervision and according to standard operating procedures.
• Carry out and monitor weighing and dispensing, cell bank, and equipment preparation operations.
• Draft and revise manufacturing procedures, SOPs, and technical reports.
• Perform basic troubleshooting and assist with documentation reviews.
• Identify, recommend, and implement improvements to routine manufacturing functions.
• Collaborate with Quality, Facilities & Engineering, and Supply Chain while representing Manufacturing.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED plus 2 years of manufacturing or operations experience, or an associate degree plus 6 months of relevant experience, or a bachelor's degree.
• Ability to interpret and apply GMP knowledge.
• Understanding of analytical methods used in manufacturing.
• Technical writing, project management, and presentation skills.
• Basic troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with DeltaV is preferred.
