Location: Remote in California, Colorado, Arizona, or Texas; salary range specified for US - CO Remote Denver

What you will do

• Build, maintain, and enhance Tableau dashboards and advanced Excel reporting solutions.
• Translate Customer Experience and operational data into actionable insights and business recommendations.
• Design and validate reporting logic, calculations, and visualizations.
• Monitor reporting performance, investigate data discrepancies, and support issue resolution.
• Support reporting migrations, enhancements, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Manage reporting requests, documentation, training materials, stakeholder communication, and ad hoc analysis.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience using Microsoft Excel with large datasets.
• 2+ years of reporting, analytics, or business intelligence experience.
• Experience building dashboards and visualizations in Tableau or similar BI tools.
• Advanced Excel skills, including lookups, SUMIFS, pivot tables, and large dataset analysis.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, root-cause analysis, data quality validation, and reporting governance skills.
• Ability to work remotely from California, Colorado, Arizona, or Texas, manage multiple priorities, and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
