Business Analytics Developer (AI)

Location: Hybrid role based in Fond du Lac, Wisconsin, United States. No travel required. Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available now or in the future.

Salary: $73,600–$106,200 annually, plus eligibility for an annual discretionary bonus.

What you will do

• Partner with dealer, OEM, sales, product, and marketing groups to identify actionable insights.
• Develop, maintain, and improve Tableau dashboards and data sources.
• Collaborate with the data warehouse team to onboard new sources in SQL Server.
• Analyze markets and sales performance to identify strategic growth opportunities.
• Develop KPIs and track progress against strategic business plans.
• Present analysis and insights to senior sales leadership and key customers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, data science, analytics, statistics, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of work experience, including internships and excluding classwork.
• Direct Tableau development experience with Tableau Online/Server, data source creation, parameters, level-of-detail calculations, and row-level security.
• Strong SQL skills, including joins, subqueries, partitions, OLAP/window functions, and INSERT/UPDATE/DELETE operations.
• Experience using AI for development or organizational insights.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with strong Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, and Excel proficiency.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree or higher.
• Economic modeling or econometrics experience.
• Experience with regression, dimensionality reduction, ensemble, time-series, or machine-learning models.
• Experience with R, Python, Power BI, OBIEE, Azure Data Factory, Microsoft Fabric, or API interfaces.
