Planner and Control (Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Plan and control high-complexity manufacturing schedules across multiple lines, considering business demand, manufacturing constraints, and material constraints.
• Own tool configuration and slotting, including NPMA approval and allocation.
• Design efficient production lines focused on responsiveness, inventory, and linear workload.
• Monitor line performance and drive improvements across OTD, EOP, CT, and SOE KPIs.
• Manage manufacturing capacity fulfillment, training-period allocation, field support activities, home tools support, and option build plans.
• Coordinate with Product Support and R&D teams, determine manufacturing capacity needs, and manage retrofit projects.

Requirements

• Expanded conceptual knowledge in the relevant discipline and the ability to broaden functional capabilities.
• Understanding of key business drivers and their application to assigned work.
• Technical judgment to analyze solutions and solve straightforward manufacturing planning problems.
• Ability to explain complex information clearly and provide informal guidance to new team members.
• Relocation is not available for this position.
