Planning and Control Planner (Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Maintain SAP production order release schedules and reschedule or complete discrete jobs to support material availability.
• Analyze shortages, work order variances, MRP execution, supply and demand, master scheduling, and product data requirements.
• Review engineering change orders and requests, prepare status reports, and maintain system accuracy through audits and regular updates.
• Participate in production meetings, floor audits, and work-in-process issue resolution with Finance and manufacturing teams.
• Manage inventory usage, stock levels, shortages, service levels, obsolete inventory, and spare-parts forecasting.
• Support process control activities by identifying root causes, driving corrective actions, and coordinating cycle counting.

Requirements

• Expanded conceptual knowledge in planning, production control, inventory control, process control, or shop floor control.
• Understanding of key business drivers and the ability to apply technical experience and judgment to straightforward problems.
• Experience or capability in SAP production planning, MRP execution, supply and demand reconciliation, and inventory management.
• Ability to explain complex information clearly and provide informal guidance to new team members.
• Must work onsite in Singapore; the position is not eligible for relocation.
