Senior Manager (AI Infrastructure)

Location: On-site in San Francisco or Sunnyvale, California, United States

Compensation: $195,000–$235,000 annually plus bonus and Restricted Stock Units.

What you will do

• Own company-wide headcount planning and forecasting, including open requisitions, hiring pace, and attrition.
• Lead annual budgeting and in-year operating expense forecasting across departments.
• Manage monthly and quarterly actuals reporting, variance analysis, and corrective actions.
• Partner with People, Recruiting, department leaders, HR, and Marketing on workforce plans, budgets, benefits, and return on investment.
• Improve planning, tracking, and reporting tools and processes to reduce manual reconciliation.
• Prepare headcount and OpEx reporting packages for executive leadership and the board.

Requirements

• 6+ years of progressive finance experience with ownership of headcount or OpEx planning and reporting.
• Advanced financial modeling skills and proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets.
• Experience with planning tools such as Anaplan, Adaptive, Workday, or similar systems.
• Experience partnering with People and Recruiting teams to translate hiring plans into financial impact.
• Experience owning budgeting, actuals reporting, variance analysis, and stakeholder communication end to end.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
