What you will do

• Design hardware and firmware security architectures for endpoint devices.
• Develop robust hardware roots of trust and security properties through hardware-firmware co-design.
• Build prototypes to demonstrate feasibility and reduce development risk.
• Analyze use cases and threats and contribute to security research.
• Document architectures and technical designs.
• Validate use cases with end users, business partners, and R&D teams.

Requirements

• Experience with hardware and firmware technologies such as x86, ARM, UEFI, PCIe, and DMA.
• Knowledge of computer architecture and strong engineering skills.
• Knowledge of or interest in endpoint security.
• Ability to explain low-level computer architecture and security concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of systems security.
• Knowledge of enterprise IT device and security management.
• Knowledge of operating-system kernel and hypervisor security.
• Degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience.
