Senior Manager, Cost Control (AI Infrastructure)

Location: San Francisco, CA, US; on-site

Compensation: $160,000–$240,000 per year plus bonus and Restricted Stock Units.

What you will do

• Lead cost control across multiple concurrent large-scale construction projects and ensure alignment with program goals, budgets, and schedules.
• Standardize cost management, scheduling, change management, risk management, and reporting practices across the assigned area or program.
• Manage cost and project controls professionals responsible for cost reporting, cash flow forecasting, change and risk management, pay application reviews, and client billing submissions.
• Assess cost and schedule health, identify trends and risks, and communicate actionable financial and schedule insights to senior leadership and clients.
• Manage the performance and deliverables of on-site vendors providing cost management and scheduling services.
• Partner with construction, engineering, procurement, and leadership teams to support project execution and program governance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or a related field.
• 12+ years of experience in project controls and construction cost management.
• Experience managing multiple projects with area- or program-level accountability.
• Experience leading standardization and continuous improvement initiatives across a program or area.
• Advanced financial and analytical skills, with the ability to evaluate cost and schedule performance holistically.
• Experience leading teams and managing external vendors in fast-paced, large-scale construction environments.
