Technician 2, Process (Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Operate and monitor process equipment while maintaining control limits, specifications, quality, and safety standards.
• Collect, analyze, record, and upload process data to tracking systems and Statistical Process Control platforms.
• Troubleshoot equipment and process issues with engineering, production, yield, and quality teams, and support corrective actions.
• Perform equipment maintenance, calibration, and head changes, and maintain detailed activity and test records.
• Support new process initiatives, process improvement projects, data package preparation, and cross-plant activities.
• Communicate process status, issues, priorities, and handover information across shifts and teams.

Requirements

• Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical/Electronic, Mechatronic/Electromechanical Engineering, or an equivalent qualification.
• Junior-level process technician profile; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Must work a 12-hour shift pattern covering day and night cycles.
• Must be willing to work in a cleanroom environment and follow manufacturing safety protocols.
• Proficiency in process troubleshooting, process adjustments, machine data readback, and control limits.
• Effective technical communication and collaboration with engineering, production, equipment, yield, and quality teams.

Nice to have

• Experience with sputter processes and knowledge of magnetic materials used in HDD manufacturing.
• Excel macro experience and proficiency with Microsoft Windows software.
