What you will do

• Support daily production activities for consigned equipment at an OSAT facility.
• Coordinate with maintenance and facilities teams to keep production equipment operational.
• Monitor and analyze process metrics using advanced Statistical Process Control techniques.
• Drive improvements in production yield and equipment utilization.
• Maintain equipment specifications, training materials, and audit reports.
• Mentor junior engineers and technicians while providing technical guidance on plasma process development and troubleshooting.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering or a related technical field, plus 12 years of relevant experience, or 5 years with a PhD.
• Professional experience with plasma etch or deposition equipment in production environments.
• Direct experience managing SPTS or plasma therm tools, including preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and new recipe creation.
• Strong knowledge of plasma etching, dicing, or related dry etch technologies.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, leadership, and mentoring skills.
