Maintenance Technician (Medical Technology)

Location: On-site in Pasir Gudang, Malaysia

What you will do

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance, equipment repairs, troubleshooting, and production support.
• Maintain and troubleshoot electrical and electronic systems, PLCs, automation, pneumatic equipment, and molding machinery.
• Support preventive maintenance improvements, equipment improvements, cost-reduction initiatives, and complex projects.
• Contribute to TPM activities and collaborate with maintenance, facility, and production teams.
• Work indoors with standing, walking, lifting up to 15 kg, ladder climbing, hot molding equipment, and solvents.

Requirements

• Maintenance experience with strong troubleshooting and failure-analysis skills.
• Experience with electronics, electrical controls, PLCs, molding machines, chillers, dryers, pneumatic equipment, and inkjet printers.
• Experience with improvement or cost-reduction projects, plus leadership and teamwork skills.
• Basic English communication skills required.
• On-site work in Pasir Gudang, Malaysia is required.
• Ability to follow safety procedures, use appropriate PPE, and operate approved low-risk tools.

Nice to have

• 1–2 years of maintenance experience.
