FP&A Manager

Location: On-site at the Stockholm HQ on Kungsgatan, Sweden

What you will do

• Own the annual budget, rolling forecast, management reporting, and board reporting.
• Build KPI tracking and dashboards covering ARR bridge, NRR/GRR, CAC payback, and unit economics by market and segment.
• Develop business cases, scenario models, and financial analyses for pricing, investment, headcount, and resource allocation decisions.
• Run monthly budget-versus-actual reviews and partner with department heads on spend and performance insights.
• Work with Commercial, Product/Engineering, and other functions to connect financial data with operational context.
• Build the forecasting technology stack using modern, agile tools instead of implementation-heavy legacy systems.

Requirements

• Senior-level FP&A experience in a B2B SaaS company, preferably in a high-growth or scaling environment.
• End-to-end ownership of budgeting, forecasting, planning, and board reporting.
• Strong understanding of ARR, billings, deferred revenue, recognised revenue, SaaS metrics, and unit economics.
• Advanced financial modelling, forecasting, scenario planning, and analytical skills.
• Experience working across multiple business lines or countries, including multi-entity and multi-currency environments.
• Ability to work onsite from the Stockholm office.

Nice to have

• Experience selecting or implementing modern FP&A or forecasting tools.
• Experience with BI tooling.
• Health-tech or digital health experience.
• Experience supporting pricing, growth decisions, funding rounds, or investor reporting.

Hiring process
