What you will do
- Lead monthly forecasting, the Annual Operating Plan, monthly closing, business reviews, and performance analysis across revenue, margins, operating expenses, and operating profit.
- Develop KPI reporting and performance analytics while improving forecast accuracy and financial decision-making.
- Oversee capital investment planning and forecasting for capacity expansion, productivity, automation, and growth projects.
- Evaluate investment proposals using NPV, IRR, payback, and ROI, and support capital prioritization and approval processes.
- Track approved financial benefits, conduct post-investment reviews, and maintain portfolio dashboards and governance.
- Partner with finance and business leaders to standardize processes and apply AI, automation, and digital solutions to planning and reporting.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Several years of FP&A, forecasting, annual operating planning, and business performance management experience in an industrial environment.
- Experience evaluating capital investments and business cases using NPV, IRR, payback, and ROI.
- Advanced Excel skills and experience with ERP or financial planning systems such as Oracle, SAP, OneStream, or Business Objects.
- Fluent written and spoken English and Swedish required.
- Ability to work on-site in Uppsala, Sweden.

- Experience leading projects, workstreams, or cross-functional teams.
- Experience with capital portfolio management, manufacturing investments, large-scale productivity programs, or continuous improvement initiatives.
- Interest in using AI, automation, and digital technologies to improve finance processes and productivity.
