TL;DR
Portfolio, Data & Analytics Specialist (Fintech): Building and operating portfolio datasets, financial models, KPI dashboards, and business-case workflows for capital allocation decisions with an accent on financial accuracy, data traceability, and strategic portfolio analysis. Focus on structuring investment data, automating reporting with BI and AI, and preparing decision-ready analyses for senior management and strategic planning.
Location: Stockholm, Sweden; hybrid work with at least 3 days per week in-office.

What you will do
- Build and maintain the portfolio business-case dataset, taxonomy, data model, and underlying sources.
- Run the end-to-end business-case approval process with Finance, including intake, sign-off, RACI, review cadence, and forecasting linkage.
- Analyze capital allocation across strategic priorities, investment levels, capacity, time horizons, and value realization.
- Implement and maintain the Operational and Transformation KPI dashboard with Finance.
- Support business-case development and prepare portfolio analyses for quarterly and annual strategic planning and senior management forums.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, business analytics, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience in management consulting, corporate finance, FP&A, business analytics, or investment analysis.
- Strong financial and strategic acumen, including business-case construction, investment evaluation, and strategy evaluation.
- Advanced data and analytics skills, including Excel modeling, BI and visualization tools such as Power BI, dataset structuring, and reporting automation.
- Experience designing and running recurring processes with multiple stakeholders and governance layers, with strong attention to accuracy, traceability, and auditable calculations.
- Excellent English communication skills and the ability to translate data into recommendations for senior audiences.
Nice to have
- Advanced degree or relevant certification, such as an MBA or MSc in Finance or Analytics.
- Experience in financial services, fintech, or software, with familiarity with product P&L and capital-allocation frameworks.
- Working knowledge of Anaplan, SQL, Python, or similar planning and data tools.
- Experience applying AI to process automation, reporting, and analytics.
- Experience working across global teams and time zones.
