What you will do
- Prepare, analyze, and present financial performance reports across regions and business areas.
- Provide actionable financial insights and recommendations for business decisions.
- Drive budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring accurate and timely data delivery.
- Monitor financial KPIs, analyze variances, identify trends, and highlight risks and opportunities.
- Develop and improve financial models, reporting structures, and finance processes.
- Support finance operations and collaborate with regional, local, and business stakeholders during organizational transition.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in business controlling, financial controlling, FP&A, or a similar finance role.
- Strong experience in budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and management reporting.
- Ability to turn complex financial data into clear, actionable business insights.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently in a high-tempo environment with a hands-on approach to financial systems and detailed analysis.
- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
Nice to have
- Experience with Anaplan.
- Strong financial systems and data modelling capabilities.
- Experience in global technology, SaaS, telecommunications, or another fast-growing international organization.
- Advanced Excel and financial reporting tools experience.
- Experience with complex multi-regional environments or finance transformation and transition.
