Consultant (Financial Services)

Location: Sydney, Australia. Candidates must have the right to work in Australia without additional company sponsorship and should be willing to travel.

What you will do

• Work with consulting teams on client projects and participate in project and client meetings.
• Prepare materials for business engagement meetings, including PowerPoint presentations.
• Develop high-quality work products and own deliverables or workstreams within projects.
• Track project issues, risks, actions, and dependencies.
• Assess opportunities to support clients and stay current on relevant business, industry, and advisory developments.
• Support one or two internal business management areas.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience delivering consulting or change projects within a leading financial institution or consulting firm.
• Understanding of market trends, drivers, and outlook in asset and wealth management.
• Strong communication, presentation, problem-solving, stakeholder management, influencing, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience developing client relationships, supporting client accounts, and preferably contributing to business development.
• Ability to mentor and coach junior team members and contribute to team achievement.
• Bachelor’s degree from a leading institution and business fluency in English.
