Product Specialist - Enterprise Mobility (Telecommunications)

Location: Macquarie Park, NSW, Australia; hybrid arrangement with three days in the office and two days remote or from home

What you will do

• Support the lifecycle management and execution of enterprise mobility products across commercial, enterprise, and government customers.
• Partner with Product Managers to identify growth opportunities, optimize product performance, and contribute to product strategy and roadmaps.
• Support Customer Value Management initiatives that improve customer outcomes, profitability, and portfolio performance.
• Collaborate with Sales teams on customer opportunities, product expertise, revenue growth, and sales enablement.
• Create product playbooks, training materials, and internal enablement content.
• Manage quoting support, billing validation, pricing governance, contract accuracy, reporting, and analysis of retention and account performance.

Requirements

• Experience supporting product, commercial, project, or business analysis functions.
• Experience in telecommunications, enterprise mobility, management consulting, or a related B2B environment.
• Strong commercial acumen, analytical ability, organizational skills, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience managing stakeholders across sales, product, and operational teams.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, including business cases, reports, and presentations.
• Experience supporting sales organizations and understanding how customers evaluate and purchase mobility or technology solutions.
