Platform & Product Manager (MineStar)

Location: Full-time in the Redcliffe Perth office, Australia; up to 25% travel may be required.

What you will do

• Lead the Product & Platform team across product ownership, engineering, architecture, business analysis, and user experience.
• Define product and platform strategies, roadmaps, priorities, decision rights, and accountability.
• Own the Productivity Solutions portfolio across discovery, investment, delivery, adoption, sustainment, and retirement.
• Lead external delivery partners and manage outcomes, quality, cost, risk, and dependencies.
• Partner with MineStar product and technology teams to integrate solutions with core MineStar capabilities without unnecessary duplication.
• Build organisational capability through workforce planning, development, performance management, and succession planning.

Requirements

• Significant experience leading product, engineering, platform, or digital technology teams in a complex enterprise environment.
• Experience leading Product Owners, people leaders, technical specialists, and external delivery partners.
• Experience defining product strategy, managing roadmaps, and making product lifecycle and portfolio investment decisions.
• Broad understanding of modern software, cloud, data, analytics, integration, and architecture practices.
• Experience delivering products that integrate with or extend enterprise technology platforms across globally distributed teams.
• Must work full-time from the Redcliffe Perth office; visa sponsorship is not available.

Nice to have

• Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Mining, Business, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
• Experience establishing or maturing product-led and platform-based operating models.
• Mining, industrial technology, analytics, or operational performance experience.
• MineStar or comparable mine-site technology experience.
