What you will do

• Facilitate discovery sessions and workshops with business and technology stakeholders.
• Assess data capabilities, processes, governance, and maturity.
• Gather and document business and technical requirements.
• Identify opportunities for AI, automation, and improved use of data.
• Develop recommendations and contribute to an AI strategy and roadmap.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and findings for senior stakeholders while identifying risks, gaps, and priorities.

Requirements

• Strong business analysis background focused on data.
• Experience with data governance, analytics, reporting, data management, or data transformation.
• Confident workshop facilitation and stakeholder engagement at different levels.
• Ability to analyse complex information and turn findings into practical recommendations.
• Experience producing strategy, roadmap, or advisory outputs.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including executive-level reporting.

Nice to have

• Exposure to AI, GenAI, or machine learning.
• Experience with data strategy or transformation programmes.
• Consulting or advisory experience.
• Experience assessing data maturity, operating models, or data capabilities.
