Jr Market Intelligence Analyst | Client Support (Consumer Intelligence)

Location: Hybrid role in Bogotá, Colombia

What you will do

• Act as the primary contact for assigned clients and provide timely, solution-oriented support.
• Manage inquiries related to data, reports, deliverables, and platforms within agreed service levels.
• Monitor product and service delivery against deadlines, quality standards, and client expectations.
• Investigate data, process, and deliverable issues and coordinate root-cause resolution with internal teams.
• Perform quality checks and data validation to maintain information accuracy and integrity.
• Track cases and corrective actions while supporting client materials and process improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Analytics, Engineering, or a related field.
• Knowledge of the Consumer Packaged Goods and/or retail industry.
• Strong analytical thinking, structured problem-solving, organization, and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Advanced English proficiency in written and verbal communication.
