Statistician Network Coordinator (Sports)

What you will do

• Lead the regional statistician network and deliver performance against coverage, data quality, and compliance KPIs.
• Plan network resources and capacity, and support recruitment and onboarding when required.
• Monitor statistician availability, match schedules, applications, and coverage risks.
• Manage compliance with budgets for travel, match tickets, and other statistician expenses.
• Communicate procedures and policies, run workshops, gather feedback, and support accreditation and scout spotting activities.
• Coordinate with operations stakeholders and support client meetings as needed.

Requirements

• Excellent command of English and strong verbal communication skills.
• Resource management, capacity planning, and organizational skills.
• Methodical and analytical problem-solving approach.
• Ability to remain efficient and calm under pressure with flexibility around working schedules.
• Strong data management skills and good MS Office competence.
• Knowledge of football, basketball, volleyball, and other sports.

Nice to have

• Power BI knowledge.
