What you will do

• Develop, maintain, and analyze GDHA KPI, performance, and budget dashboards and reports.
• Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, optimization opportunities, and issues requiring escalation.
• Create automated interactive dashboards and data tools that convert operational data into business insights.
• Serve as the GDHA subject matter expert and first point of contact for SAP Order-to-Cash incidents, enhancements, training, testing, and change requests.
• Lead continuous improvement, automation, process mapping, and digital solution initiatives with business stakeholders.
• Support ERP and business improvement projects while maintaining the team SharePoint page and ensuring automation tools follow GDP, GMP, and SOX requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, supply chain, logistics, business or data analytics, computer science, life sciences, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in data science, data analysis, business analytics, business intelligence, or comparable roles within a pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical device, or other highly regulated healthcare environment.
• Advanced English is mandatory and will be assessed throughout the interview process.
• Experience troubleshooting SAP Order-to-Cash and SAP TM or a similar ERP, with the ability to translate user requirements into system functionality.
• Advanced MS Office, Excel, and Smartsheet skills, including pivot tables, forms, and macros.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, including experience working across cultures.

Nice to have

• Supply chain experience and knowledge of supply chain management principles.
• Tableau, Smartsheet, or Power BI experience designing reports and dashboards.
• Experience in regulated environments, including GDP, and knowledge of automation, AI/ML, RPA, or AI tools.
• APICS CSCP or CPIM and Lean Six Sigma certification.
• Cross-functional project management, financial principles, problem-solving, storytelling, and technical-to-business communication skills.
