We're launching a new business line in Colombia and are looking for a Risk Analyst to join our Risk team!
This is a rare chance to build credit risk processes from scratch:
🔹 Shape credit origination, limit management and pricing policies
🔹 Set up early-warning triggers and portfolio monitoring
🔹 Turn data into decisions together with product, collections and finance teams
🔹 See directly how your work drives portfolio performance
What we're looking for:
✅ 3+ years in credit risk or data-driven roles in consumer lending (credit card experience is a big plus)
✅ Strong SQL & Python
✅ STEM background and a strategic mindset
✅ English B1+
