Relationship Manager Core - Oklahoma

Location: Remote, but must reside within the Oklahoma territory; local or regional travel is required 40–60% of the time.

Base salary: $87,400–$123,400 per year, with potential sales incentives or bonuses.

What you will do

• Own retention and profitability for a portfolio of corporate retirement plans typically holding $10–$35 million in assets.
• Build and grow relationships with advisors, plan sponsors, third-party administrators, and other key decision-makers.
• Collaborate on plan design, investments, retirement readiness, affiliated products, and new business opportunities.
• Deliver plan-level reviews and employee education planning.
• Resolve escalated issues and develop solutions with internal departments and business partners.
• Partner with the local sales team and senior staff on complex clients, accounts, projects, and analyses.

Requirements

• FINRA Series 6 and 63 registrations required within established timelines.
• Life Insurance license and FINRA fingerprinting required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
• At least 4 years of financial services or relevant experience, including 2 years building strategic relationships.
• Foundational understanding of ERISA compliance, plan design, and regulatory requirements.
• Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the United States; visa sponsorship, including CPT/OPT sponsorship, is not available.
