Salary: $147,760.00–$240,110.00 per year

What you will do

• Own end-to-end architecture across Cat Converge Suite, Cat Integration Service, and connected hirify.global systems.
• Define enterprise integration architectures covering APIs, events, data flows, cloud services, and integration patterns.
• Lead target-state architecture development and technology roadmaps.
• Design for resiliency, security, scalability, observability, supportability, and operational readiness.
• Lead architecture decisions across product, engineering, integration, data, security, and operations teams.
• Govern architecture by evaluating trade-offs, establishing reusable patterns, and communicating recommendations to technical and business stakeholders.

Requirements

• Expertise in application, data, IT, platform, and target architecture.
• Experience with requirements analysis, technical design, and architecture roadmaps aligned with business strategy.
• Experience architecting large-scale ERP, commerce, dealer, or enterprise integration ecosystems.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Azure-based architectures.
• Strong understanding of API, event-driven, asynchronous, and data integration patterns.
• Ability to lead architecture across multiple products and organizational boundaries and communicate technical trade-offs in terms of business impact and risk.

Nice to have

• Experience establishing cloud architecture patterns and enterprise integration standards.
• Experience designing for high availability, disaster recovery, security, observability, performance, and scalability.
