Sr. IT Analyst (Studio Infrastructure)

Location: Hollywood, California, United States; on-site. Travel between studio lots, reassignment, varied hours, and occasional weekend support may be required.

Salary: $38.50–$52.00 per hour

What you will do

• Own and maintain switches, firewalls, VLANs, wireless access points, and WAN/LAN connectivity across studio lots.
• Plan and coordinate infrastructure upgrades, hardware refreshes, vendor deliverables, timelines, milestones, and stakeholder communications.
• Administer Azure AD/Entra ID and Microsoft 365, including user lifecycles, security, and groups.
• Manage server infrastructure, patching, capacity planning, endpoint security, AV systems, conferencing rooms, and mobile devices.
• Monitor performance and troubleshoot connectivity, latency, and security incidents across production and corporate environments.
• Provide escalation support and white-glove technical service to studio tenants, productions, and internal departments.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of experience in IT infrastructure support, network administration, or systems engineering in a mid-to-large corporate environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent education and hands-on experience.
• Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, firewall rules, VPN, wireless networking, managed switches, routers, and access points.
• Experience with Microsoft 365, Azure AD/Entra ID, Windows Server, Active Directory, PowerShell, system patching, endpoint security, encryption, and Intune.
• Experience coordinating IT projects, vendors, hardware refreshes, network upgrades, or studio build-outs, plus familiarity with ITSM platforms such as ServiceNow and ITIL processes.
• Ability to work early mornings, late evenings, and occasional weekends for on-site production support, including physical movement, equipment handling, walking, and climbing stairs.

Nice to have

• CCNA, CCST, CompTIA Network+, Server+, Security+, ITIL v4 Foundation, CAPM, or another relevant certification.
• Experience with Cisco or Dell enterprise switches, Cisco Meraki, Palo Alto, or Fortinet firewalls.
• Experience with virtualization, Azure IaaS, SharePoint, Proofpoint, Abnormal, Box, or Dropbox administration.
• Knowledge of production networks, isolated VLANs, high-bandwidth media workflows, or entertainment and media organizations.
