Transportation Engineer Intern

What you will do

• Review transportation and traffic engineering reports, plans, and details.
• Assist with traffic modeling using PTV Vissim, AutoTURN, Synchro, and related software.
• Prepare progress reports and project documentation.
• Support project monitoring, scheduling, and engineering deliverables.
• Collaborate with transportation and traffic engineers and support staff.
• Attend site visits and inspections under close supervision.

Requirements

• Currently in the 3rd or 4th year of an undergraduate Civil Engineering program, or enrolled as a graduate student, at an accredited institution.
• A BS degree is preferred.
• Experience with MS Word, Excel, and engineering software such as PTV Vissim, AutoTURN, or Synchro is preferred.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
