DevOps Engineer (Cloud Operations)

Location: Bellevue, Washington, United States; the work model prioritizes in-person collaboration.

Salary: $73,400–$136,300 per year.

What you will do

• Design, maintain, and optimize CI/CD pipelines and DevOps processes.
• Manage cloud infrastructure with Infrastructure as Code, particularly Terraform.
• Support demonstration, development, testing, and production-support environments.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and operations teams to improve deployment reliability and operational efficiency.
• Monitor performance, troubleshoot infrastructure and application issues, and support environment readiness.
• Conduct vulnerability analysis, maintain operational documentation, and contribute to platform enhancements and technical research.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE, Cloud Operations, or a related role.
• Hands-on experience designing and administering CI/CD pipelines and using Infrastructure as Code tools, especially Terraform.
• Experience supporting cloud-hosted applications, source control, deployment automation, monitoring, logging, and observability solutions.
• Strong scripting and automation skills with Python, Bash, PowerShell, or similar tools.
• Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with enterprise software products and distributed systems.
• Knowledge of AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Experience with performance testing, capacity planning, reliability engineering, application security, vulnerability management, or compliance.
• Experience contributing to architectural design and technical modernization initiatives.
