2027 Winter People, Workforce, & Rewards Entry Level Consultant

Location: Principally in-person across offices in Colorado, Illinois, Ohio, and Massachusetts; local, national, and occasional international travel may be required. Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Salary: $77,000–$85,000 per year

What you will do

• Analyze and design employee rewards programs covering compensation, fringe benefits, and retirement benefits.
• Develop detailed client reports and presentations that explain complex concepts clearly.
• Participate in client meetings and site visits with senior management.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to create cost-effective and competitive rewards solutions.
• Monitor industry trends and regulatory changes to support informed advice.
• Work independently and collaboratively in a consulting team environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in economics, political science, mathematics, accounting, statistics, or a related field, or a juris doctorate with coursework in tax or employment law.
• Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, critical-thinking, organizational, and technical skills.
• Ability to research and analyze tax and employment law guidance and communicate findings effectively.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship is required.
