Employee Research Consultant (AI)

Location: Philadelphia or Washington, DC, United States. Hybrid work is required, with colleagues expected to work in their local office or onsite with clients at least three days per week.

Base salary: $99,000–$198,500 per year, plus potential performance-based incentives.

What you will do

• Design and execute employee engagement and total rewards optimization strategies aligned with client business objectives.
• Create, launch, and administer employee engagement surveys in collaboration with clients.
• Conduct advanced statistical analyses, including regression modeling and other tests using SPSS and R.
• Develop data-based narratives, customized client reports, and executive presentations based on research findings.
• Partner with consultants to define analytical approaches and project plans for clients and prospects.
• Contribute to research thought leadership and practical recommendations for organizational improvement.

Requirements

• Master’s degree or higher in Industrial/Organizational Psychology or a related field.
• At least 4–5 years of experience in employee research, employee engagement, or organizational assessment surveys.
• Strong statistical analysis skills and experience designing data structures using SPSS and/or R.
• Advanced Excel skills, including VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, and index matching, plus strong PowerPoint skills.
• Excellent analytical, writing, presentation, project management, and creative problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work from the Philadelphia or Washington, DC area and attend the local office or client sites at least three days per week.
