Revenue Cycle Trainer (Healthcare)

What you will do

• Deliver structured onboarding and skills-based training through instructor-led, virtual, and blended formats.
• Develop and update training materials, job aids, process guides, assessments, and online learning content.
• Collaborate with operational leaders and subject matter experts to translate changing workflows into practical training.
• Provide coaching, Q&A support, and follow-up sessions for learners.
• Participate in quality audits, identify knowledge gaps, and refine training based on learner feedback.
• Maintain training records and track learner progress in LMS or designated systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in healthcare, education, or business.
• 1–3 years of experience in training, education, or revenue cycle operations.
• Strong verbal, written, presentation, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience facilitating both in-person and virtual sessions.
• Familiarity with adult learning principles and hands-on training approaches.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, LMS platforms, and collaboration tools.

Nice to have

• Experience with Articulate Rise or similar courseware.
• Basic video creation and editing experience with Camtasia, Loom, or similar tools.
