Facilities Workplace Manager (Fintech)

What you will do

• Manage workplace operations across facilities administration, reception, amenities, cleaning, and preventative maintenance.
• Coordinate landlords, managing agents, subtenants, contractors, and vendors to maintain service quality and commercial value.
• Manage internal events and workplace amenities, including catering, stock, presentations, and space setups.
• Lead health and safety compliance, including DSE software, risk assessments, statutory training, and first-aider coverage.
• Direct office moves, furniture changes, alterations, and minor construction using CADM or equivalent move-management tools.
• Support requisitions, purchase orders, property invoices, rate demands, lease queries, incident management, and regional office operations.

Requirements

• Experience managing facilities operations, vendor relationships, and health and safety compliance in a corporate environment.
• Hands-on experience with office moves, furniture reconfigurations, and small-scale project works.
• Proficiency with facilities technology, CADM or equivalent move-management systems, and Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
• Strong attention to detail, interpersonal, organizational, presentation, and client-service skills.

Nice to have

• NEBOSH certification.
• AutoCAD familiarity.
• Experience with Building Management Systems.
