Workplace Supervisor (Facilities)

Salary: £44,818.77–£60,637.16 per year

What you will do

• Own workplace and facilities operations for the PSA London location.
• Lead, hire, train, coach, and support the development of Workplace team members and contractors.
• Coordinate custodial schedules, operating procedures, workplace services, and internal customer requests.
• Manage vendors, contracts, onboarding, insurance coordination, performance, and facilities equipment suppliers.
• Develop a preventive maintenance program and support facility health and safety improvements.
• Partner with Operations and business leaders while serving as a key contact for candidates, employees, and onsite visitors.

Requirements

• 5+ years of management experience, including 3+ years in corporate workplace or facilities and 1+ year in operations preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain company policies and procedures.
• Leadership, team management, planning, organizational, collaboration, and change-management skills.
• Ability to work in a dynamic onsite environment and develop practical action plans.
• Familiarity with Google Docs, Google Sheets, Slack, and similar workplace tools is preferred.
