Inventory Coordinator Lead (Manufacturing)

Location: Dallas, Texas, USA; onsite production-floor role. Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–2:30 PM.

Manufacturing partner delivering products and infrastructure solutions for market-leading brands; the role may support Axiom following the planned 2027 spin-off of Flex’s Cloud and Power Infrastructure segment.

What you will do

• Lead and coordinate the activities of inventory and warehouse personnel.
• Maintain accurate inventory records, complete documentation, and perform cycle-counting activities.
• Inspect incoming shipments, resolve damage or shortage issues, and manage receiving, storing, issuing, and delivering materials.
• Update material statuses and ETAs in the ERP system and maintain material-shortage reports.
• Coordinate with project, production, and other departments to resolve material and capacity constraints.
• Track material loans between projects and notify internal teams of issues that may affect production.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 4+ years of experience in planning, production, inventory, or expediting.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Excellent written, verbal, interpersonal, and customer-service skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and an MRP/ERP system.
• Ability to lift up to 35 pounds and wear required PPE on the production floor.
