Operations Intern (Summer 2027)

Location: Chippewa Falls, Wisconsin, United States; on-site at 234 Cashman Drive

What you will do

• Complete one major project and one to two minor projects during a 12–14-week summer internship.
• Provide multiple project updates to local leadership.
• Participate in additional training and team-building activities.
• Contribute ideas and practical work to manufacturing, engineering, and technology operations.

Requirements

• Must be a junior entering the senior year of an accredited undergraduate program.
• Study Management with a focus on Operations or Business Administration.
• Maintain good academic standing.
• Demonstrate computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office, leadership ability, self-motivation, and the ability to meet deadlines.
• Comply with TTM export control policies and applicable ITAR, EAR, and OFAC requirements.
• Access to ITAR products and related technical data is restricted to US citizens and US permanent residents.
