TV Music Intern (Animation)

Location: Glendale, California, United States; hybrid role requiring at least three days in the office per week, increasing to at least four days from January 5, 2026

Salary: $18.47 per hour

hirify.global Animation produces animated films and series and develops original content with artists, technologists, innovators, and creators.

What you will do

• Observe music meetings, recording sessions, spotting sessions, and music previews.
• Process cue sheets and review content to help ensure accuracy.
• Manage music assets and handle music publishing requests.
• Break down scripts and pull music for the editorial team.
• Upload and organize assets in the DWATV music library using DISCO.
• Organize administrative files for the TV Music team.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing an Associate, Bachelor’s, or graduate degree, or graduated within the past six months, in Music, Music Industry, Business of Music, or a related field.
• Pop culture and media savvy, with knowledge of artists and their work.
• Strong computer proficiency, including Word, Excel, and Gmail.
• Professional communication skills, attention to detail, organization, and multitasking ability.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship and willing to work in Glendale, California.

Nice to have

• Film, TV, media, or Music Industry studies.
• Strong curiosity about a career in music or music administration.
• Junior-level or above academic standing.
