Feature Development Intern, DreamWorks Animation, Spring 2027

Location: Glendale, California, United States. Hybrid work requires contributing from the office a minimum of three days per week, increasing to four days per week beginning January 5, 2026.

Hourly rate: $18.47.

What you will do

• Learn how the feature development process operates within a studio environment.
• Support project research and script coverage.
• Help maintain writers lists.
• Track competitive projects and market activity.
• Work with departmental representatives across development activities.

Requirements

• Be pursuing an associate, bachelor’s, or graduate degree, or be a recent graduate within six months of graduation.
• Be at least 18 years old.
• Be willing to work in Glendale, California.
• Be authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
• Provide personal relocation, housing, and transportation.
• Submit a cover letter demonstrating writing style.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Google Suite.
• Experience with Photoshop or Canva.
