Healthcare Operations Manager (GDP)

Location: Brisbane, California, United States; local applicants. The role includes primarily standing work and driving a forklift truck.

Salary: $70,304 base salary per year, plus bonus eligibility.

What you will do

• Manage GDP compliance across healthcare warehouse and office operations, including facility standards, equipment, security, cleanliness, pest control, and document control.
• Assess operational risks, manage CAPA activities, handle incidents and non-compliant products, and support internal, customer, and regulatory audits.
• Lead healthcare customer onboarding, transitions, implementations, quality agreements, service level agreements, and customer SOP alignment.
• Manage thermal packaging, temperature-controlled equipment, dataloggers, carrier capability matrices, and strategic logistics solutions.
• Collaborate with regional healthcare, vertical, product, pricing, account management, legal, and carrier teams.
• Develop or support operational automations and digital solutions using Microsoft technologies, AI, APIs, integrations, and system architecture concepts.

Requirements

• Fluent English and professional communication skills in English and the local language.
• Strong air product expertise and knowledge of the global logistics industry.
• Good Distribution Practice certification and experience with GDP compliance, warehouse operations, audits, and documentation.
• Strong time management, problem-solving, process analysis, goal-setting, and stakeholder management skills.
• PC skills with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Knowledge of software development principles, automation platforms such as Power Automate, Microsoft Copilot, M365, data structures, APIs, integrations, AI, machine learning, LLMs, and prompt engineering.

• Experience developing automations, applications, or digital solutions.

• Certifications in Microsoft Power Platform, Azure AI, Microsoft Copilot, or related technologies.
