MedTech Clinical Educator RN

Location: Fort Worth, TX; national travel required. Candidates must live within 1 hour of a major airport, hold a valid driver's license, and be able to enter healthcare facilities subject to hospital credentialing and immunization requirements.

Base pay: $40 per hour.

What you will do

• Train and educate Registered Nurses and hospital staff on medical-surgical hospital beds.
• Provide peer-to-peer education and in-service training to support medical device implementations.
• Assess customer-specific education needs and deliver appropriate training experiences.
• Use clinical nursing expertise to answer device questions and address concerns.
• Provide updates, reports, and feedback to clients during and after assignments.
• Travel nationally to customer sites; travel time is paid.

Requirements

• Associate degree in nursing required; bachelor's degree preferred.
• Active and unrestricted RN license required.
• At least 1–2 years of Med-Surg, ICU, or acute care experience required.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Valid driver's license, acceptable driving record, and availability to travel nationally required.
• U.S. work authorization without visa sponsorship required.

Nice to have

• Two to three years of Med-Surg, ICU, critical care, or acute care experience.
• Leadership experience as a manager, educator, or preceptor.
• Experience working with and managing hospital beds.
• Ability to learn quickly, take initiative, and work independently in customer settings.
