Fundamentals Clinical Faculty (Part-Time) - Manchester, NH

Location: Manchester, NH, USA; onsite teaching in a clinical setting. The schedule most commonly consists of 12-hour rotations from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. for three to four consecutive days.

Compensation: $1,120–$7,245 per assignment, depending on education and experience.

What you will do

• Teach fundamental nursing skills focused on health promotion, rehabilitation, and direct patient care.
• Plan clinical experiences and supervise nursing students in clinical partner settings.
• Evaluate student performance, document feedback, and provide remediation when needed.
• Prepare clinical assignments and assess homework, quizzes, tests, laboratory work, and clinical documentation.
• Coordinate with clinical agencies, course coordinators, administrators, staff, and faculty regarding student and agency needs.
• Support curriculum development, program assessment, retention efforts, and compliance with applicable standards.

Requirements

• Master’s or doctoral degree in Nursing from a regionally accredited college or university.
• Unencumbered professional nursing license in New Hampshire.
• At least two years of professional registered nursing experience within the last five years in the area of instruction.
• Illinois RN license required to teach all courses; course assignments are prioritized for professors currently licensed in Illinois.
• Passion for nursing, education, and lifelong learning, with strong subject-matter expertise and written and verbal communication skills.
• Teaching or precepting experience is preferred but not required.
