Collaborative Health Clinical Faculty (Part-Time/BSNOL Program): St. Louis, MO

Location: St. Louis, Missouri, USA; onsite teaching in an inpatient clinical setting in the St. Louis area

Compensation: $1,120–$7,245 per assignment, depending on education and experience

What you will do

• Mentor senior nursing students during clinical rotations focused on collaborative health, leadership, and management.
• Plan clinical experiences and supervise students delivering nursing care in an inpatient setting.
• Evaluate student performance and provide documented feedback and remediation when needed.
• Prepare clinical assignments aligned with student knowledge, skills, and learning needs.
• Grade assignments, examinations, clinical paperwork, and other written work.
• Coordinate with clinical agencies, course coordinators, and academic leadership regarding student and clinical issues.

Requirements

• Master’s or doctoral degree in Nursing from a regionally accredited college or university.
• Unencumbered professional nursing license in Missouri required.
• At least two years of registered nursing experience within the last five years in the area of instruction.
• Illinois RN license required to teach all courses; assignments are prioritized for professors currently licensed in Illinois.
• Strong nursing subject-matter expertise and written and verbal communication skills.
• Passion for nursing education, lifelong learning, and supporting students and colleagues.

• Teaching or precepting experience.
