Location: New York, United States

Expected annual base salary: $150,000–$215,000, plus discretionary bonuses and potential equity or incentive compensation.

What you will do

• Lead co-investment syndication processes, including strategy, investor outreach, coordination, diligence, materials, and deal tracking.
• Support the creation and management of BXCI and cross-firm co-investment vehicles with tax and legal teams.
• Manage coverage responsibilities for limited partners and third-party investors.
• Prepare materials for debt investors, banks, co-investment clients, rating agencies, fund boards, and internal committees.
• Coordinate deal processes across investment, legal, operations, compliance, finance, and tax teams while maintaining the project pipeline.
• Collaborate on AI-enabled tools and lead internal efforts to improve workflow adoption and innovation.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience, ideally in investment banking, private equity, credit asset management, or consulting.
• Experience in debt capital markets, credit investing, or structured finance and asset-based lending markets is preferred.
• Strong financial analysis, modeling, data management, presentation, written communication, and interpersonal skills.
• High proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel, with excellent attention to detail and critical-thinking ability.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines, drive workflows independently, and collaborate across functions.
• Undergraduate degree required.
