Base pay: $175,000–$225,000 USD annually

What you will do

• Prepare client presentations, pitch books, financial analyses, and transaction documentation.
• Manage and review financial models and valuation analyses.
• Participate in client meetings, deal discussions, structuring, and negotiation processes.
• Oversee Analysts’ work and ensure accuracy in deliverables.
• Support senior bankers in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
• Complete advanced training and mentor junior staff.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent combination of experience, training, military service, or education.
• 3+ years of experience in finance, business, or a related field or sector.
• Knowledge of corporate finance and investment banking products.
• Expert knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint with advanced financial modeling skills.
• Strong financial modeling, valuation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively as a team player and self-starter.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in a related field or equivalent background.
• Experience in a relevant industry sector.
• Established work history or equivalent demonstrated through experience, training, military service, or education.
