What you will do
- Manage and service an assigned portfolio of property and casualty clients.
- Assess client insurance needs and recommend suitable coverage options and carriers.
- Process policy changes, renewals, endorsements, and cancellations.
- Maintain accurate client records and documentation while resolving service questions and issues.
- Monitor insurance products, carrier guidelines, and regulatory changes.
- Coordinate with Sales Agents to transition new business smoothly.
Requirements
- Nevada General Property & Casualty License required.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Experience with agency management systems; Applied Epic and PL Rater are preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Strong time management, organization, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
