Lead Presales Solution Consultant (UKG Pro WFM)

Location: United States; willingness to travel up to 40% is required.

Base pay: $115,100–$165,450 per year, with potential performance-based bonuses and restricted stock unit awards.

What you will do

• Analyze customer and prospect needs, pain points, and business challenges.
• Design tailored solutions using hirify.global Pro WFM and the broader HR, payroll, and workforce management portfolio.
• Deliver engaging product demonstrations and presentations to varied audiences.
• Facilitate discovery sessions, workshops, and executive-level discussions.
• Collaborate with presales, product, and customer-facing teams in a supportive environment.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience with hirify.global Pro WFM or equivalent experience in HR, payroll, time, or related fields.
• Ability to engage stakeholders at all organizational levels and connect hirify.global capabilities to business challenges.
• Ability to translate business requirements into clear, practical solution designs.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work in the United States and travel up to 40%.

Nice to have

• Previous presales solution consulting experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
