Lead Quality Review and Audit Coordinator (RN/LPN) - Remote

Location: Remote within the continental United States, excluding California, New York, Alaska, and Hawaii

Base pay: $30.45–$54.98 per hour

What you will do

• Evaluate HEDIS medical record review, data validation, and quality auditing requirements before production release.
• Develop and execute audit strategies, including detailed medical record and HEDIS data reviews.
• Identify discrepancies, document findings, and research and resolve data issues with internal stakeholders.
• Provide accurate audit status updates and reporting.
• Support continuous improvement and Star Rating performance while meeting productivity and accuracy metrics.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in technology or business administration with two years of testing experience, or four years of testing experience.
• Knowledge of testing methodologies and the Software Development Life Cycle.
• Experience with automated testing tools.
• Strong verbal, written, interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and meet deadlines in a remote environment.

Nice to have

• Current, unrestricted RN or LPN license.
• Experience with HEDIS medical record review, abstraction, auditing, and data validation.
• Knowledge of HEDIS measures, quality improvement initiatives, and Star Ratings programs.
• Experience with electronic medical records, Arcadia or similar platforms, and Microsoft Excel.
• Experience in healthcare quality, population health, care management, provider engagement, or quality improvement programs.
