Logistics Associate (Inside Sales Representative) (Logistics)

Location: Cerritos, California, USA; willingness to travel up to 30% in the U.S.

Compensation: USD 27–29 per hour

What you will do

• Identify and engage new customers through cold calls, sales tools, and market research.
• Prepare and present logistics proposals for warehousing, distribution, and freight forwarding services.
• Manage the full sales cycle, including lead generation, bidding, negotiation, and contract closure.
• Coordinate pricing, legal, operations, claims, and customer service resources to deliver solutions.
• Monitor sales performance, pipeline activity, AR/AP status, and business opportunities.
• Build client relationships, address service issues, and identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.

Requirements

• High school diploma required; a bachelor's degree in business, marketing, logistics, supply chain, or a related field is preferred.
• Three or more years of experience in logistics, 3PL, sales, freight forwarding, or related industries is highly desirable.
• Experience with warehousing and distribution, FTL, LTL, or freight forwarding services is highly preferred.
• Strong sales, relationship-building, presentation, negotiation, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Fluency in Korean and English is required.
