Senior Infrastructure Engineer I (AI)

Location: Irving, Texas, United States; hybrid schedule with office attendance required three days a week

Salary: $77,400–$135,400 per year, plus incentive eligibility

What you will do

• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards measuring enterprise AI adoption, utilization, performance, cost, capacity, and business value.
• Analyze AI operational data, consumption, token usage, usage trends, anomalies, risks, and platform effectiveness.
• Deliver executive and operational reporting to support AI governance, optimization, investment decisions, and strategic planning.
• Support AI forecasting, budgeting, FinOps reporting, and capacity-planning activities.
• Gather, transform, validate, and analyze data from enterprise systems and AI platforms.
• Partner with business, technology, finance, governance, and AI operations stakeholders to define reporting needs and communicate recommendations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in data analytics, information systems, computer science, statistics, mathematics, business intelligence, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, reporting, data analysis, or a related function.
• Experience developing Power BI dashboards and data visualizations, including data modeling, DAX, and Power Query.
• Strong SQL skills for data extraction, transformation, analysis, and reporting.
• Experience analyzing large datasets and developing operational, financial, performance, or executive reporting.
• Must be willing to work in the Irving office three days a week.

Nice to have

• Experience reporting on AI, Copilot, generative AI, or other enterprise AI platforms.
• Knowledge of AI consumption metrics, token usage, capacity management, forecasting, or FinOps.
• Experience with Microsoft Fabric, Azure data services, Databricks, or comparable analytics platforms.
• Experience using Python for data analysis, reporting, or automation.
• Experience in healthcare or another regulated industry.
